Return & Exchange Policy

Having issues with your Knork items? Regardless of where you purchased your pieces from, we ask that you contact us directly so that our customer care team can do a personalized QA assessment to troubleshoot problems, and submit a replacement/exchange order if warranted.


We realize that no two homes are the same--each household will have different water quality characteristics, and there a myriad of brands and types of dishwashers on the market right now that wash and dry very differently from one another.


By working one on one, we can determine if what you are experiencing is a warranty-covered issue, and find a solution that will help get your pieces looking fab again!  We are committed to your satisfaction and want you to be happy with your new flatware.
