Return & Exchange Policy

At Knork, we pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our flatware. We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Knork product, we are here to help.

Return Policy

  • Time Frame: Customers can return products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition they were received.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Exchange Policy

  • If you've received a faulty or damaged item, or if you simply wish to exchange it for another product:

    • Report Immediately: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any defects or damages.

  • Same Product Exchange: If you are exchanging an item due to a defect, we will send a replacement for the same item at no additional cost.

  • Different Product Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we will create a credit for the amount of the original purchase, which can be used towards selecting a new item.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to a defect or an incorrect item was shipped.

  • For defective items or incorrect shipments, Knork will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Processing Returns and Exchanges

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item.

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, the replacement product will be shipped out as soon as the returned item is received and processed.
