Overall, I really like the entire set. I have owned 8 place settings with the glossy finish for nearly two years. They have held up beautifully through everyday use and dishwasher washings - no marks, pitting, etc. - just sparklingly pristine. I like the styling - it melds naturally with my mid-century modern aesthetic. I love the weightiness of all the pieces - they sit and nestle nicely into one's hand and have a true quality feel.
The only downside is that since they are thicker and wider than much of your standard SS flatware, they take up more space, and thus, require more room for storage in my segmented flatware drawer. But, overall, I can overlook this since I, otherwise, like the flatware so much.
